Frequently asked questions.
No. AppSqrl builds and maintains a customer experience designed to help qualified visitors understand your business and contact you. Search rankings, traffic, customer demand and purchasing decisions depend on factors no website provider controls.
You do. Your domain, customer information and core business assets remain yours. The AppSqrl Lead Engine platform itself is licensed software and runs while your AppSqrl service is active.
For eligible businesses and plans that include that service, yes. Google determines Business Profile eligibility. Your business remains the owner or co-owner of its profile; AppSqrl acts only as an authorized manager when access is needed.
That's okay. A Business Profile is only one part of an online presence. Your AppSqrl Lead Engine can still provide a professional place for customers to learn about your business and contact you.
Great. Your existing domain can generally be connected to your AppSqrl Lead Engine without transferring ownership to AppSqrl.
Most standard builds are ready in about 10 business days after AppSqrl receives the required business information, content and approvals. More complex plans may require additional time.
Your customer data and client-owned assets remain yours. The AppSqrl software that powers the Lead Engine is not transferred or rehosted after service ends. Your service agreement and Terms describe the exact process.
If your plan requires customer-owned third-party services, AppSqrl will disclose the service and exact cost before you approve your build. AppSqrl does not mark up those charges.
